We have a new apartment in Mil Palmeras. How easy is it to have water and electric connected

Hi. We bought an apartment on 1 June and had water and electricity connected on 7 July. Gas hopefully tomorrow. Apparently sometimes it can take at least a couple of months, but your solicitor should sort it for you. Good luck and enjoy your new apartment.

Tip: if your electric supplier is iberdrola then check your rate...I find it's 5.25+Kw for a small apartment request they do it at 3.45kw....our bills were extortionate and now they've halved with no difference to the supply. ..michael
