I have 4 years experience as Outdoor activity instructor with a further 3 years experience as an adventure manager at an Outdoor Pursuits centre in Ireland, managing a large team of 50-60 staff. This includes delivering a range of sports including mountain biking, kayaking, hill walking, zip lining and ropes course sessions.
I have a little teaching experience delivering personal development programmes to teenagers with a charity called the princes trust, during which the young people gained a GCSE equivalent qualification.
I was also a team leader in a bar and restaurant serving food, helping chefs cook food and clean the kitchen, opening and closing the store, cash handling, waiter, glass collecting and managing a small staff team.
