Mar de Cristal

Hello, we have recently bought a property in Murcia, Mar de Cristal. We have an apartment and it is on the 3rd Floor and would like to know how you go about replacing the front door to your apartment. Do you have to get the President of the buildings permission first? as someone else in the same block on the same floor also has a much better and safer door.
My second question is do you know of anybody or a company that you can recommend to replace and fit the doors?
