Hi Neale,
If not already sorted, post / join the Monover Buying / selling / help FB site and Pinoso Community (larger membership) site. They do come up for sale. We use both Cepsa and Repsol bottles so if the cooker or BBQ runs out on a Sunday afternoon, at least there is a garage open...usually. ;-)

If you don't mind a bit of a drive up the A31 to just North of Sax I have several Cepsa stainless (butane) bottles available, all empty.
I would like €10 each for them, which is what I paid. I'm just clearing out, not likely to need them as I only use propane
