Hi Paul - agreed, that was pretty much our experience re Padron apart from a failed 1st visit even with prepped Spanish phrases, but that form did the job.

We are a little out of town up on Camino Pedrera but walkable into the centre. Catch up sometime. I recall you saying that last year people sometimes met up but of course, that was then and then it locked down, and we know what the situation is now...even if unsure whether we will see another loc...
