Which vet is that?

Hi Linda it’s PetsWorld near la Zenia boulevard and next to Lidl we’re you can park.

You will need to ring for an appointment, Pet Passport, Rabies booster and consultation €50 Rabies lasts for 3 yrs.

Hope that helps but try not to go on Saturday, the traffic is awful.

Apparently that depends on the area. In Alicante the booster is every 12 months. In the UK its 3 years. In some parts of Spain, you don't need it at all (or so our Spanish vet said 3 weeks ago.

Hi I live in Alicante and my vet has always given my dog a 2 yrly booster over the last 12 yrs, but this vet in La Zenia who’s practice is part of a large regional consortium has given me an EUROPEAN pet passport with a 3 yr rabies so apart from which region it all depends on the vet too

NO you do not need a health certificate as well ....Naughty Vet !

Seriously we changed to an EU Pet Passport last year .....have used to go back to UK and then come back to Spain ...through France and NO problems at all

In fact it is easier with the EU Passport ...just wish I had one !
