I am struggling to fill out this form as it requires a flight number of no more than 7 characters
I am arriving by ferry with no sailing number just a ship name and the website won't accept that or my booking reference as it knows it's not a flight reference
Any clues anyone?

Is that section for flight number rather than sea or train I dont think I filled that bit in when we came by train...!!
I assume you are coming over by Brittany Ferries.
Go to their website look for Travel Documentation for entering Spain. Look for Passenger Locator Form. It has requests for ferry info , ship and cabin, print it off , fill in by hand , it will be taken from you by Brittany Ferry staff.
What’s your flight number that it won’t accept? The industry uses different ones. Let me see if I can work it out for you?
