RANDOX - Test to Release Kits Failure to Deliver

My day 5 test is due to be despatched tomorrow ready for my day 5 test on Tuesday, but it seems they are letting an enormous number of people down by failing to deliver tests on time or at all. Lots of complaints on Twitter / Trustpilot and I know personally of several people who have been let down. Take care if you intend to use them, particularly if your early release from quarantine is critical.

Days 2 and 8 kits were delivered in good time and my day 2 result was turned round 24 hours after dropping it off.

Hi Portet,

I had seem the same bad reviews of the Randox test-to-release offering so I opted to go to their testing centre at East Midlands airport. They say the results will be available within 24 hours, I had the test today so it will be interesting to see if they meet their service standard. Cost more at £60 but will be worth it if they deliver as promised.

Got our results (negative) at 19:50, took the test at 13:00, so got to say excellent service.

My test day 5 didn't arrive until Day 5. Got it done, posted in the randox box and had results the following evening.

I think I may have got lucky as well. Kit due for delivery DPD 11.20-12.20 today (Day 4). Still lots complaining about non-receipt.

What a shame. I was singing their praises as I got all 3 of mine on time and results in 24 hours. Will keep this in mind for my next trip, assuming we are going to need to have them going forward!

As an update and to be fair to Randox. My day 2 and 5 tests were here in good time and results received within 18 hours of posting

Same. Day 5 test arrived lunchtime on day 5! U.K. day 2 tests were difficult as had to drop them off 1 hour away at the nearest drop box. Not convenient at all, wouldn’t use them again.
