You can purchase most drugs at the pharmacist. If you already have a Spanish prescription you should return to the doctor for a renewal.

Hi Shirley,

I am not sure what you mean. As previously stated you can buy most medicines at the pharmacia without a prescription. However, presumably you want to see a doctor, so if you have a UK pension, you should apply for a SIP card which entitles you to health care. If not, then you need to pay to see a doctor privately.

That sounds like really good advice, and I am glad that you have been able to help us all on the subject. We learn a little more each day!
