Thanks Kevman for this info, GREAT, just what I needed - to have a solid recommendation.  MyLawyerinSpain were looking for just shy of 360 euros per person for residency at my calculation "The Law Firm's costs to apply for Spanish residency are 250 euros plus IVA at 21% per person plus 12 euros in government application fees per person plus 50 euros travel cost" - so your lady is definately cheaper.

Hi we went with hola ( CaixaBank ) we didn’t shop around but we are happy with them and they do fantastic deals on lease cars if you are interested, they have leaflets in the bank but I think most of the banks have English facilities so you can bank online.

Hi.... I was interested to see you wanted a car. If you are interested I have a Renault Clio which I am selling soon as I have bought a bigger car. I have had the Clio 7 years it’s never let me down , only 128k kilometres (80k miles) fully serviced and full ITV. 

I have used it on a regular basis , as did it’s previous owner but only short trips. A word of warning, second hand cars are very expensive in Spain! 

Anyway the Clio is Semi auto magic and the perfect run around car !

Hi Kevman

Someone else told me they were with Caixialtea, what is the difference in that and Caixabank, plus the Cajamar caja rural banks?  I think that Caixialtea is part of the Cajamar group.  Does it mean you can use any/all of these banks if with Caixabank?

Out of interest which branch do you tend to use for walk in banking?  Sorry at  distance it's all a bit confusing.

We use the one in Jávea also Moraira. Cheapest money withdrawals for uk money!! Only €2 per withdrawal . But we do everything online- in English!

Hi it is petrol, I don’t do enough mile to warrant a diesel 👍.  It’s 2005 , the first owner was a boat brokers wife in Alicante, who had it until I bought it in Sept 2013. Like virtually all Spanish cars it has a couple of “Spanish kisses”. Nothing major! I think before I sell it I will put it through it’s ITV and have a short service done then the buyer can be confident that it is ok. We move into our house in the next couple of weeks in Moraira. So you are welcome to try it. If I don’t sell I will keep it😁

It’s white, 5door, good tyres , and today’s kilometre Reading is 129,500. Very low for year!! I will take some pics if you wish and send you them. Alternatively I am on 0044 07780701039
