Hello could anyone on here who is trying -or has recently obtained a TIE appointment in the area please respond I have a few questions, many thanks in afvance

Hi we have our residency ,have been in spain 4 weeks and cannot get a tie appointment ????? our solicitor is on the case ,hopefully

If you are having difficulties obtaining an appointment, you would probably find it worthwhile to use a Gestor to do this, they usually have tranches of bookings available or can easily obtain one.

Not in Moraira, but I imagine many of them there will speak English, they are all usually helpful, so it may just be a question of choosing one!

I think that you are mistaken as the residencia documents were discontinued when the TIEs started being issued back in July 2020. So I wonder how you have your residency if you do not as yet have a TIE and only been in Spain for 4 weeks!

Mistaken? Don’t think so, once nLv and NIE obtained (in Uk at least!
Padron and TIE hats be sorted i understand the Padron is quite easy to sort the problem appears to be obtaining appts at the police station s for the TiE, very few spots are released people have been waiting months

I would actually agree with Golandrina, having an NLV and NIE doesn’t equate to Residencia, which is the function of the TIE .

Sorry but what does have to do with my original request which was for info/ helpful suggestions as to how to obtain an appt for the TIE
