For internet you have two main options.
ADSL is internet via telephone lines. Very reliable. But this depends on many facts such as the quality of the telephone cable, the distance from the house to the exchange, how many "slots" are available...so for this it really does depends where in Muro you are. (inthe town or in the camp for example)
Otherwise you have some other options for internet, from "wireless internet" from a local mast and local provider (there are at least two in the area but their names escape me!) (speeds and service will vary, and depends if you have line of sight to their masts, and tends to be cheaper than...), or 4g from a provider like Movistar (good, fast, but can be expensive compare to wireless, and assumes you are in a 4g area).
Just about all routers these days offer wifi. Wifi allows you to connect a device (phone, laptop, tablet) to your router to get internet within a certain distance of the router, although "wifi boosters" and "powerline" plugs can help extend these signals.
