Good morning, Paul, from Woodland Hills, California, did you move to Tossal Gros and did you find the catch you were so concerned about? Please let me know. I am thinking of moving to same . Thank you.

Hi Paul

We are buying a lovely large villa in tosal gros panaroma 1 the views are stunning and 12 minutes to the beach , nice and quiet unfortunately you have to drive to get to a shop or bar, there is a restaurant up there , but it is currently closed.

We found our villa that was £100,000 cheaper than in moraira for the same size

Hi Paul appreciate it’s some time since you posted. We are looking at that area, how did you settle in.

Hello.

We are in the process of buying a property in Tossal Gros and are very excited about it. I love the fact that whilst you're a bit out of town, it's not that far and you get amazing views plus hopefully a cooling breeze in the hot summer months. I have a question - our agent has told us that it's unusual for Spanish people to get a survey done on the house but that British buyers always want one! I'd be interested in anyone's experience her please. The house is well built and in excellent condition but I just have that nagging doubt that we should get a survey done. On another matter, I hadn't even thought about the "Montgo shadow" but having just visited in April, the pool are seemed in full sun in the morning and afternoon. Thanks you
