Hi I've seen a property that I'm interested in purchasing, it is bank owned and the estate agent has said the price is set not negotiable? Is this usually the case for bank sales? Also is their anywhere I can find out past sale prices of a property eg like zoopla in the UK? Many thanks D

Hi Pete, many thanks for your reply, are you in Oliva currently? Do you know this building?

Paseo Gregorio Mayans y Siscar, 11, 46780 Oliva, Valencia, Spain

It a 3 bed 3rd floor apartment, I'm not coming over till last week in March to view, I think we've driven past it, but looking at it as a place to use 5 mths of year. Never been around that area at night so wondering what is like near the music hall, etc we have 2 young children also so not re balcony etc, thanks again D

Hi

I bought a property from a Bank sale and yes it was a set price no negotiations.

Be careful what estate agent you use.

Kind regards

I live in Oliva and that is the main Paseo road. Its not a bad area. You are very near to everything there. It very close to everything like aldi, mercadona post office aswell.as all the.other shops. Bars and cafes. The top end of the town you also have the hospital, police station, and again shops, bars & cafes as well as another mercadona. There are many school in the area for the children and will depend on how old the children are and which schools have spaces but the local council will be able to help you with that. Hope that helps.
