Hi. We hope to move to Oliva within next 3 months.Is it possible to rent a flat long term with just proof of the funds in my bank..

You will need a form of identification such as your passport and full Spanish bank details. You will be asked to put a deposit and possibly 2 months advanced rent. There is no other requirements (as far as I remember) unless the agent asks.

Have you got your visa to be able to move to Spain long term?  If you don't have a visa you will be governed by the 90/180 day rule.

Thank-you.. We intend to stay at an air bnb until we source a flat.. I am wondering will a Spanish bank accept that address?

Does anyone know if flats are hard to get with just a healthy bank account?
