Hi.  My oldest son and his wife are moving to the area  benicolet soon.  and guess what!!! I’m following along but I’m looking for a house to rent in Olivia , Xativa or the surrounding areas?? Any information regarding things to do for a very fit and active older lady would be appreciated.classes for yoga, painting, or dance class ????      I am a very good dog/house sitter,  if anyone needs one.     Or any long term rentals that are known????      Also looking for a small automatic automatic car ??????Thanks in advance.

Hi

The Oliva Tattler Facebook page has lots of info & posting regarding a home to rent may produce offers. You have to request to join.  We've rented our home in Oliva via Immo Abroad & Oliva Casas are good too:

https://www.immoabroad.com/

https://olivacasas.com/

There's a lively U3A Group in Oliva too with plenty of activities: https://u3aoliva.wildapricot.org/Activity-Groups

Costa Women have recently started coffee mornings in Denia & Javea: https://costawomen.com/

Good luck & best wishes

Nancy

Suggest that you have a look at Jim’s Guides on this site for answers to some of your queries about bureaucracy.    Also of use may be the Citizens is Bureau Spain site.    For anything to do with driving in Spain look at the N332 site, which is run in collaboration with officers of the Guardia Civil for English speaking people and has an English version of the Spanish equivalent of the Highway Code.

Be aware that many provinces and towns ‘tweek’ national rules and regulations for their own procedures.   Also, many things may change after the end of this year due to the fact that the U.K. will have left the E.U.
