Movng furniture back to uk

Can i transport my own furniture back to the UK, or are there different rules now?

Yes you can but you will pay a import tax on them depending what value you put on them, so keep value low as possible just speak to your carriers

Set up a complete detailed list with appr. actual value and declare as "used husehold goods" wjich usually are exempted from taxes and duties incl. vehicles and profession al outfits. Somre restrictions may apply.
