Spanish ombudsman

Did you know that you can make an official complaint to the Spanish equivalent of the ombudsman if all your official complaints to the ayuntamiento are falling on deaf ears? The Defensor del Pueblo is where you need to go. I didn't know this (many Spanish people don't know this either).
The Valenciano ombudsman is the Sindic de Greuges. Send copies of all your official complaints, photos, etc. When they receive enough complaints about the same ayuntamiento, they investigate. Ondara has a reputation for being particularly catatonic when it comes to enforcing its own by-laws, sadly.
