We use Alfonso from Gran Alacant Insurances who advertise down the right hand side of the page. Everything can be done by phone or email and he speaks English. With a recent motor claim he went above and beyond. He may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Whoever you choose, carefully read ALL of the smallprint called general conditions, usually a booklet full of gaps and gimmicks detailing what is excluded from cover, you'll be amazed.

Reading terms and conditions is very important, of course, but it's retaining the information that is the problem!
I recently had a major electrical problem with my car and Alfonso told me that after 7 days in a garage I had cover for a Group C hire car for 35 days. My insurance covered the grua to get the car from my home to the garage, a taxi to collect the hire car and a taxi from the hire car drop off back to the garage to collect my car and added bonus  it was not subject to the policy excess.
Major thanks to Alfonso and Liberty Seguros.
