Hi please can anbody advise me on ibi tax . Presume this spanish council tax . Does it come out as a  bill to the property , ?

Any advice  i would grateful

It is vital for the Council to have the correct information about both property and owner. To find out, check with your Ayuntamiento "Tributos" (conveniently with all the relative informtion from your "escritura") and fill out their form for charging your account. That's all to be on the safe side.

Yes, but if it goes adrift in post it is not Suma's responsabilty it is up to you to inform them that you have not received it, as once happened to me, i find the best way is go into local Suma office and register for there digital certificate which then ensures it is delivered to you online, you can then pay it online, or arrange direct debits whichever suits you
