I am the president of an urbanisation which, due to uncaring residents, feed stray cats, they defecate on other people's properties which causes distress and concerns about diseases which are caused by cats.

We don't want them harmed in any way but want them removed humanely.

Does anyone know of a charity/organization which will take them off our hands, we are able to pay for such a service, many thanks.

Hello

If people stop eeding them they will go elsewhere to look for food, that is the obvious way to discourage them. Cat charities ( run by volunteers)  dont have time to come & remove them from urbanisations but will often assist with ongoing feeding/ neutering/healthcare  etc when they are on openland.

I  have been a  registered feeder for Torrevieja Town Council for over 5yrs, they  have a registered  charity set up to take care of  cat colonies. I dont know whether Orihuela Costa has the same thing, perhaps you should ask them.

But stop the feeding, otherwise they will continue to be around

Cheers
