Hi all, need a solution to my predicament. I want cable internet but when the men came to install it they said the service tube that runs under my villa is blocked somewhere and they can’t get the cables through to our box, any advice on what I can do to either clear the pipe (but maybe crushed) or install new pipe ( but around other peoples property) I am on the back of a quad so can’t dig up and relay pipe

Is there an access hatch in the wall or floor of your house which can be opened to see the ducting? I doubt it will be crushed if it was installed correctly at the build stage as there shouldn’t have been any load upon it since then? It may have been a bad installation in the first instance and quickly covered up by the builders?

Your most viable option is to have a receiver/dish on the roof, and route the cable from this along the external wall of the house and drilling through as close as possible to where your router is located
