Hi a little like the New year diet, I bought this multigym with a view of getting fit, sadky lack of use dictates it must go.
It is in good secondhand condition and you can do most exercises on it
I.e. Lat pull downs arm extensions bicep curls, rows, bench press leg extentions and curls. Etc etc.
Easy to dismantle and move.
