Wanted: A High Chair for a One Year Old. Also, a Bed Rail for Toddler Bed.

We are looking for a high chair suitable for a one year old.
It must be from a non smoking home.
Also, a bed rail to ensure toddler doesn't fall onto hard tile floor!
We have had an Ikea Highchair sold to us which smells of cigarette smoke and we cannot use it. If anyone would like it, it is free, to be collected. Having cleaned it several times, it is still not free of the tobacco odour but better than when we got it. It has a new safety strap/belt.
