Hi all, can anyone tell me what I should expect to pay for fully comp insurance on a 2012 Opel  Corsa diesel.

Thanks.

Obviously depends on your age but I paid 270 euro on a Ford Escort diesel about the same age (me being 63 at the time).

Tip. Check what the "fully comp" covers. When I queried a large rise in my insurance (to almost 500 euro when I bought a new SUV) I found it included 24 hour solicitor advice on buying property, returning faulty goods and loads of things that had nothing to do with the actual vehicle. I told them (Linea Directa) that I was changing insurance companies because of the huge jump and  they removed a load of stuff and the price came down almost 200 euro. Still covers the car, breakdown service etc.

Hi everyone thanks for replies I'm 61 and have had a quote for 360, but am wondering whether 3rd party would do because that was with 300 excess so any minor dents not worth claiming and it's literally half the price.

I don’t think 3rd party is an option in Spain. Apologies if I’m wrong.
