What is the latest update on the opening of the Corvera International Airport?
The last thing I read was the article below from Murcia Today News.

According to latest press releases two low cost airlines already sell tickets to/from Corvera for spring 2019. In case of further postponements they refund the money and that's it. A major problem is that service staff now working at San Javier refuses to be tansferred to the new installations and request employment at Alicante (fearing an uncertain future of Corvera and consequent job losses). Another issue is an accumulated debt of some 200M, which none of the involved players is willing to assume. On top of all this there are several lawsuits pending which must be resolved before a definete opening is even possible.
