Evening, just looking for a bit of a heads up. Dream Hills 2 seems to run alongside the motorway. How much noise comes off this motorway and transfers up to the housing there. Is it very intrusive or just a background type of noise. Will be over having a look in a couple of months but just looking for a bit of a local knowledge.

hello im ade i live half way up laguna de gallocanta and sometimes you hear a bit of noise from it but nothing obtrusive at all to be honest

As Kimmy11 says, I think this will change things a lot. One of the first things we learnt when we moved to Spain was how to avoid the tolls, especially in the summer months. I also think that a lot more traffic will divert from the A7 via Murcia and residents close to the N332 will be thrilled and the La Zenia shopping centre junction will be significantly busier than it is now. If you guesstimate at 3 times as much traffic at least as a starting point.

Like the others very occasionally you can hear it but it's in a deep cutting & there's land between the motorway & the apartments.
Prices are steadily increasing in the area.

One of those things you can hear it I suppose but seems not to even think about seems to blend in .We are by the road above the motorway and as never bothered us .
