Can someone confirm if I still need to do a Passenger locator form when returning to Spain from the UK. I know the rules have changed to fly into the UK as it is no longer required, but am getting conflicting advice as to whether I need one to return back into to Spain. What is the latest advice??

Yes, you do still need to complete the SpTH form
