Hi, I wonder if someone can help me.  I am trying to make a appointment for the Padron online, however, each time I submit the application it comes back with Warning: Request date is later than acceptance limit date.

I really do not know what else to do, I need to register as I am applying for my residency.  So I would be most grateful for any help.  Thank you.

I think you have to be online at six in the morning as not many  dates/times given out.

Yes, you are right.  I went on at 7.30 this morning and managed to get an appointment, so I think you need to go on first thing in the morning.

"Hi Maria. Thanks for your reply. I own the house in La Florida outright and have no mortgage and don’t therefore have to pay rent in Spain. I also own my house in Bournemouth (Also mortgage free) so I’m hoping this will help us to get residencia. Best Regards. Paul"

Hi Paul, please be aware that if you become tax resident in spain then your house in Bournemouth will be subject to Spanish CGT of around 21% if/when you decide to sell.....better to wait and get some tax advice before applying for residencia.
