Hello All, I have a question regarding the non lucrative visa application. I wanted to ask our Lawyer but they are closed now for easter. My question is - Can I be employed when I book the appointment to go to the BLS offices it sounds like the Spanish consulate has contracted out to this service provider to oversee visa appointments.

I am aware that when I have booked an appointment and attend I need to produce my P45 but wanted to know if I must have stopped my employment when I actually book the appointment online, probably a month or so before I intend go to hand in my paperwork and attend the interview.

Many Thanks

No you don’t, as long as you have your P45 when you attend the appointment that will be fine.
