I have a Carrefour card with some money on how do I retrieve that money before the run out date

You have to access your Carrefour account online. Register for one if you haven't done this before.
You'll find reference to your bonus money in that account, it will give you the option to download the coupon which you can then print off and present at the till to have it knocked off your next purchase.
