He has can't walk and needs bathroom assistance, help with getting up the morning, showering and dressing, meals and putting to bed at night.
We are contacting the local care companies but would very much appreciate any personal recommendations or information. Please either post or pm if you prefer.

Have he considered living in a care community? They can be expensive but so are carers (care companies are usually around €15 - €20 per hour)
Care communities have care 24 hours a day.

He absolutely refuses a care home and also refuses a return to his family.

Yes I can understand that, so I will recommend you look at this care agency, 3C Costablanca care agency. As I said, they will charge around €15 for each hour.

Mi casa care there manager lives locally all carers are vetted and legal if you google them you’ll find info Sarah Griffiths will see what requirements you need
