Things to do with small children

Hello
My brother comes to visit with his wife and 2 kids, 2 and 4 y/o. They will be here for 1 week, with New Years Day right in the middle of their stay. We stay in Villamartin area. I wonder if anyone can advise as to:
1. Besides walks and restaurants - what is here to do with the kids? We are mobile, so doesn't have to be within walking distance.
2. If anyone knows a babysitter for the new years night?
