Long term rental required ASAP

Long term rental required as soon as possible - we have just been given notice on our current property. Ideally we would like a 3 bed / 2 bath but will consider 2 bedrooms. We would prefer to live in Villamartin, but will consider anywhere. Must accept one medium sized well behaved dog! We are a family of three, my husband owns his own business and I am a teacher. References can be provided from my employer and current letting agent.
