Persons actively carrying out deception theft within the boulevard. Suspects are observing their targets purchasing goods or services, obtaining their pin numbers before putting in a simple deception to steal all credit cards and emptying their personal accounts.
Please report suspicious activities of this nature to the police.
Simply put, no matter where you are dont let the scum see your pin.
