Hi looking for some advise on paying income tax on my salary I live full time in Spain but work offshore in the UK I am not in Spain for more than 183 days of the year so should I be paying UK tax or Spanish tax any good advise would be welcome ..

Movington taught me something I didn't know in one of his posts over a year ago:

With greatest of respect to Jim when it comes to income tax offshore workers are a special case and if you are a PAYE employee then in you will continue to pay your tax in UK but under the dual tax treaty should be able to offset it against your overall tax liability in Spain. There is no way around this and no way to 'opt out' with HMRC. I speak from personal experience having similarly worked offshore - albeit living in France at the time - so can't advise on how you deal with the position in Spain
