Non residents tax

Hi
Can anyone advise as to how i can obtain a copy of my suma bill that you need for non residents tax purposes? I understand that it’s worked out on the catastral value?

There is a Suma Office in Playa Flamenca in the street leading down from the Mercadona roundabout towards the Town Hall.
