Quick question on Taxes

Hello
Hopefully this has a simple answer.
We purchased in Playa Flamenca in January 2022, am I correct in thinking that we do not have to submit any non resident or suma tax until December 2023 as it runs a year behind?
We have not received any bills as yet and I can't find the cadastral value anywhere in order to provide this on the form.
I've sent emails to angar and spanish tax as they were recommended in previous posts.
Any help is much appreciated.

**Update to this, Angar have replied stating that I should receive an IBI bill around August.**
