Hi. Thanks for accepting me on to this forum. I live alone and am awaiting a cataract operation in February. I am not allowed to drive and cannot see very well. I would like to know if a supermarket near me would do online grocery shopping and deliveries please? Thank you. Olive.

Best thing to do is go online put your post code in and find out if they deliver, having a Supermarket near you does not guarantee they will deliver we live less than 1km from a Mercadona Supermarket but when I tried to order online I discovered they do not deliver to my area!
I'm afraid home delivery in Spain is in its infancy. Hope all goes well with your operation.

Alcampo and Carrefour have online shopping. Alcampo was very reliable during the lockdown. I have signed up for Mercadona online but haven't ordered anything as I pass the shop quite often.
I've seen a Bofrost truck delivering to neighbours.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I gather it is in its infancy stage. Maybe more people should request a delivery service from the large supermarkets. Not everyone drives,or are hampered by injury.
