One Irish man to another, Try DVBLAB, they have a website up and running, just put in your Postcode and see if service is available in your area,
I recommend them as I use them for switch on off service, I have basic packages, it just for TV and Tablet, 19 a month plus 149 installation, English company and always a swift reply,

As a comparison we have VegaFibra turn-on turn-off. Again €100 one-off for installation and router which is yours to keep. Their charges are per day for turn-on turn-off. Starting at 3 days €6 , 7 days €14, 14 days €22, 30 days €38 and on up. It is a different charging structure to DVBlab. We have 300Mb speed. You ring them beforehand and pay for however many number of days you want.
DVBlab looks cheaper.
