All supermarkets sell gluten free products. Mercadona has a large range but Consum, Mas y Mas and all the rest sell gluten free or sin gluten.
Hello
I eat a gluten free diet & I find a few things in Mercadona usually a couple of things in most other supermarkets but not a wide range anywhere really..
What I can tell you is, if you go to Torrevieja, there is a lovely Gluten Free cafe (only one) Its called Coffee & Toffee https://www.instagram.com/coffeeandtoffee.es/
Lots of lovely sweet treats in there all made on the premises.
Cheers

You surprise me. Mercadona always seems to have lots of sin gluten stuff in stock and advertises it is committed to providing such products. I know when I go around that there is always a lot marked at that.
If you look at this page from Carrefour https://www.carrefour.es/?q=sin+gluten&page=4&scroll=590503830
it seems as if they have quite an extensive range.

Thanks Marcliff,
I rarely do a grocery shop in Carrefour - but I will next time I'm there, thanks again.
I have also found I can eat things made with Espelta flour.... always buy the Espelta bread & Espelta crispbreads in Mercadona, perhaps others who are Gluten Free could look out for those products also. Oh and any bread saying contiene Masa Madre ....that is Sourdough bead!
Cheers
