After Bob's vitriolic rant which has been removed either by himself or admin! Vasil came this morning and admitted full responsibility and said he would rectify the problem at his cost! So just waiting to see if he is true to his word which now he has been I do not doubt he will be.
If someone quotes a cheap price it will almost certainly be a cheap result. Stick to more reputable traders who are IVA registered, have a premises you can go back to if there’s a problem. Obtain 2/3 quotes and not just a total figure - ask them to provide the breakdown of their estimate for materials vs Labour so you can see how they arrive at their price.

Update on the rogue trader "Vasil Ditorre" even after vising and admitting full responsibility for faulty workmanship this man has never returned, I have texted which he has read and emailed but did not answer the phone, I gave him until the end of last month to rectify the problem with no response.
