Has anyone used this person for buying a house etc?

I would recommend using your own chosen solicitor (Abogado) to do POA.

An estate agent will use theirs to do it, it's better to keep the two things separate.

Thanks Steve, yes I was confused when Google was telling me she was a real estate agent but then her email telling me she was an Abogado and there seems to be 2 of them coming up in Google Maps one being a Gestoria so I had no idea which one I had contacted.  Thank you for confirming the real estate part for me and I hopefully have the name of another Abogado which someone else has recommended.  I should probably have clarified also that we won't be buying the townhouse through her but through the seller and it is just that I had seen the name Domenech that someone else posted on the forum to use as a solicitor so that was how I contacted her.  You're very good Steve and thanks for your help.

Whoever you choose to give the POA to, you should consider whether you want to limit it to specifically your house purchase and then remember to revoke it after you have completed.
