I am in the process of buying two out door cameras and they will be running 24 seven and i will take the pictures to the local police and see what happens. i am sick to death of some dog walkers who have no intention of picking up the poo

Be careful as you may be infringing the privacy laws. My understanding is that security cameras can only focus on your own property.

I am a dog owner who picks up after my dog but we have a neighbour a couple of doors away (spanish) who have 2 dogs and just let them mess everywhere and it's right by the bin. It's disgusting, I for one don't want to tread there when going to bin. Why can't the owners pick up and place in the bin that they poo by.
