Led TV repair or idea what to do please?

My tv is stuck in lock mode desplaying panasonic logo cant access any menus or anything any ideas who can fix this problem Thankyou

Do you mean child lock? Have you checked the manual - if you haven't got one, you should be able to download one from the Panasonic website.

There are quite a few lock modes on Tvs can you be more precise

The tv turns on but just logo showing cant access anything with remote or controls on tv I think my cleaner has accessed remote lock and tv lock by accident so cant look at menus

Hold the menu button on the remote & the volume down button on the tv simultaneously for 7 to 10 seconds. The tv is reset to original manufacturer settings.

If this does not work let me have exact model from rear panel of TV

Can you get to the menu screen

I have just fixed a similar problem but had to get a reset file downloaded from manufacturer
