Hi a bit tricky as don’t move in until 23/5. Managed to take some from sale post. The beds are not metal like most they are proper beds. The sofa I was told is a sofa bed. All very clean.

I have some great stuff top quality in storage. Plus a real top notch my Marks and Spencer sofa and matching chair in top quality leather. Double wooden bed with memory foam mattress and two side tables unused. And loads of other stuff all priced well.
