I can't answer for your area but here in Benidorm those elegible need to call into their health centre and make appointments. Patients are not being contacted directly nor can you make appointments via the App.

Same in most other health areas. My salud in Guardamar is giving appointments for anyone over 60 others are saying over 80. Best to call in and ask and if they so no, try again a few days later.
