Where do you go to apply for a Residency certificate if you live in Pilar de la Horadada ?
Is there an "oficinas de extranjeria " in the Ayuntmiento in Pilar? Or can you use any town hall where there is a foreigner's office ? Can we go to the office in Playa Flamenca and apply for residency there ?
