Hi we have a house in Pilar de la Horadada which we have been unable to get to since September.  We have noticed over the last to water bills a large increase in charges raising from what was a normal of around €90 every two months to €136 in Dec and today €211 without any use other than the normal running of the pool.  What I have found is that the account was set up by the builder back in 2018 when we took ownership of the property and the account was transferred only seeing the money leaving every couple of months from our Sabadell account.  Is there a way to view what they are charging us for as their website seems not to offer any customer login/registration for me to see online.  It could just be me, however does anyone know how to access their website.  TIA.

Hi We have an apartment in Torre de la Horadada and receive a quarterly email with our water bill attached. We received the following recently which may help you get registered for their online service. If that doesn’t work I would contact the solicitor who purchased the property for you as it was them that set everything up for us so they should be able to give you the details.

Our bill has been the same every quarter during lockdown as the apartment hasn’t been used. We were advised when we got the apartment to turn the water off at the mains (in our case this is in a small building by the pool) when not there. I believe this was to prevent you being charged should there be a leak between the water entering the urrbanisation and the apartment.

Hope this helps!

Many thanks I’m now able to access the site a view all water bills.  What it shows is a 10 fold increase in usage over the latest period.  We have isolated the supply and now looking to see if the pool drops that way we will know if it’s the pool or supply to the pool that is the problem. 👍👏🏼🙏

Thanks. The app is not available in the Dutch app store. and to register on-line, the NIE nr is not accepted and i do not know my contract number. I have sent an email to oficinavirtual@acciona.com. Let's see if they can help.
