A very nice small android box, hardly used, it has 64gb storage and the rest of the specs are in the pictures. I have added a picture of the apps we had installed, this has been reset and has no apps loaded now.

No you will not be able to iplayer or itv hub as it is geolocated ~ only ip's in UK can use it. This is an android device and there are some apps allowing you to watch some free uk tv.
The best is to download a IPTV app and get a subscription that has freview uk tv .m3u list and whala you have it - all uk and free sky movies.
